Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, Pancha Karma Specialist, Intuitive Counselor, Energetic Healer, Life/Health Coach
My first introduction to Ayurveda was at the age of 19 when I learned to meditate. I was fascinated by a science that saw me as a unique individual and provided recommendations that were tailored to my uniqueness. I loved how it included information around food, herbs and spices, breathing exercises, aromatherapy, body therapies, meditation and much more. It took me a few years, while working in the corporate world, to study these things individually and then to rediscover that Ayurveda brings it all together through this amazing ancient, holistic medical system.
I graduated from the California College of Ayurveda in 2011 and then travelled to India to intern with a well-known Ayurvedic Vaidya (Doctor) Lilidhar Gupta in Vrindavan, India. I continuously expand my education with many beloved teachers including Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Claudia Welch, Dr. John Douillard, Ysha Oaks, Dr. Sarita Shrestha, K. P. Khalsa, and many others.
I specialize in getting to the root cause of imbalances and provide support with my Ayurvedic knowledge, intuitive energy healing, counseling and coaching. My areas of focus are stress management, digestive issues, detoxification (also known as Pancha Karma), anxiety, depression, PMS, menopause, pain management, weight loss, deeper dis-ease and much more. In my work, I develop a complete holistic, individual plan, which is highly customized and tailored specifically for each client. Education is always at the forefront and the plan often includes food, herbal medicines, meditation, and body therapies, breathing exercises, energy work, counseling, essential oils and essences.
When I decided to open my practice, I wanted to create a sacred space in order to bring together the work with individual clients, body therapies, education and resources to support the process of restoring and maintaining health. In 2012, I founded Vibrance Ayurveda where today we strive to support our community by bringing balance to body, mind, emotions and spirit.
