Specializing in Ayurvedic Body Therapies
My goal as a massage therapist is to help you come home to yourself. I bring a deeply sincere and reverent approach to body work that will leave you feeling grounded, supported and integrated.
I have been working with the human body and spirit, particularly in the realms of injury rehabilitation and trauma recovery, since 2009 when I sought massage therapy, energy work and Yoga to assist me in recovering from a spinal injury and chronic pain. I’ve traveled to India twice (in 2013 and 2016) to study Yoga with an integrative approach that included Ayurveda. I then attended Oregon School of Massage and received my Massage Therapy license in 2021.
My body work style is a reflection of my extensive experiences as a Yoga instructor/practitioner and martial artist, and my personal journey with trauma recovery. I see body work as an instrumental tool in helping us reconcile our relationships with our bodies and ourselves. This, in turn, allows for a sense of safety where we can open up and find true balance on all levels.
